Cristian turns 2 months And Grace turns 2 and half

Grace is such a big Girl and a reluctant sister.. she is warming up to Cris slowly. She willingly will kiss his forhead but has not been able to hold him yet. "Maybe later Mami" she tells me. Here she is with Mama, the two of them have gotten to be the best of friends since Mami has to spend most of her time feeding and caring for Baby Cris.. Baby Cris is quite amuzed by the painting I got in Bali, forget the mobile, he spends hours just staring at the Barong.
Here he is with his Monalisa smile, a bit subtle, don't you think... but you can see the twinkle in his eyes..
Even though Mami is quite busy with baby brother, she is able to find time to spend with her favorite girl...
Gracie is dealing with her baby brother just fine.. she copies everything I do with Cris.. here she is breastfeeding her "Baby Sita" just like mami does.. notice the pink tube around her? that is her version of my breastfeeding pillow..

Awww... what every mother lives for.. her baby's first Smile... isn't he the cutest?

After Christmas blues...NOT

Gracie's million dollar oceanview doll house that baby Jesus brought her for Christmas. She's in her slippers and had breakfast already with Rosita (her pink bear) of course.








We are all enjoying our little bundle of joy. He is soooooooo much fun to hold, he's such a cuddle bug. Laurie has had a little over two weeks off to help with the kids and take Mami Lori out of the house for nice beach picnicks to get out of the four walls. Gotta say our beach is a great little less than two minute get away.






We are all adjusting well with Cristian. He is such a sweet boy. He is having what I would say is a moderate case of colic at times....well he's just gassy, sassy....and when he gets the gas he is so uncomfortable....about the only thing that helps besides some meds is for me to turn him over my forearm and pat his back....so Lori will feed him and I burp him except in the middle of the night.....Lori has been very sweet to let me sleep through the night....I do get up first thing and get Gracie up and take over the little man so she can sleep in and catch up on her zzzzzzzzz's.
